OUR TAKE
Choose the agent’s initiation rights before its tools
Blooio offers shared, dedicated and inbound-only plans alongside a documented MCP endpoint. That variety can support different agent prototypes, provided the sender model is chosen explicitly.
A tool catalog is only part of the contract
The hosted MCP page includes sending, contact capability, status and webhook operations. A connected assistant may therefore reach several kinds of account action.
Plan rights still apply. A team should choose between Commercial Shared, Dedicated and Inbound before describing what the agent can promise a user.
Reserve configuration changes for an owner
Looking up message status is different from changing a webhook destination. Review whether the actual account and client can restrict those actions to the roles that need them.
If the assistant only answers customers, keep operational configuration out of its ordinary tool set. A smaller set is easier to review when a message contains misleading instructions.
Price the correct sender
The public shared business starting point is $89 per month and Dedicated is $289. Shared sender identity and a dedicated business line are different operating arrangements.
Ask how the chosen plan handles first contact and failed delivery. Match those answers to the application’s workflow before moving beyond owned test conversations.
The decision in one sentence
Consider Blooio when choose the agent’s initiation rights before its tools fits your operating plan, then verify the constraints above.
