OUR TAKE
An agent line budget with several published components
Contiguity’s pricing separates the number lease from iMessage access. For an agent team, the first question is which components and use-case charges belong in the production account.
Add the number and the channel
The fetched pricing lists a $9.99 monthly number lease and a $69.99 monthly iMessage component. Their $79.98 subtotal is a starting point, with setup and possible use-case charges still to confirm.
An agent’s business case should use the total account arrangement, not the least expensive communications price shown elsewhere on the page.
Ask about the exact agent use
Describe the incoming and outgoing traffic, number of new contacts and intended human supervision. Ask for the account terms that govern those actions.
A generic API integration does not establish that a particular agent workflow is supported or that all account features belong to its quoted tier.
Keep the application responsibilities explicit
Your team still needs event persistence, recipient checks, tool approval and a reply handoff. Put those requirements into the provider evaluation rather than ranking on a subtotal alone.
Contiguity is a budget comparison to investigate with a written quote and an owned end-to-end test. The publication has not benchmarked the resulting agent service.
The decision in one sentence
Consider Contiguity when an agent line budget with several published components fits your operating plan, then verify the constraints above.
